<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active light-curable composition and an active light-curable ink jet ink that are excellent in curability, image-blurring resistance and image fixing property, and to provide a method for image formation and an ink jet printer using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The active light-curable composition comprises an alicyclic epoxy compound represented by general formula (A) and an epoxy compound having at least one oxirane-ring bearing no quaternary carbon atom in its molecule, wherein R<SB>100</SB>represents a substituent, m0 is 0-2, r0 is 1-3, and L<SB>0</SB>represents a r0+1 valent connecting group of 1-15C, that may contain an oxygen or sulfur atom in its main chain, or a single bond. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
