<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening type plug member fitted in an opening part of a container body and having a cylindrical part for spouting whose upper face is covered, and a container using the plug member. <P>SOLUTION: The opening type plug member is fitted in the opening part of the container main body, and has the cylindrical part for spouting whose upper face is covered. A contacting part for pressing by a finger is formed on the cylindrical part for spouting. The side wall of the cylindrical part for spouting is provided along the side wall with a thin breakable part arranged in approximately an annular shape. By applying a force in the breaking direction for breaking the thin breakable part through the contacting part, the upper part of the cylindrical part for spouting is cut off and opened along the thin breakable part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
