PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having improved positive effects on a health aspect during heating and cooking in a normal menu. SOLUTION: The heating cooker 1 comprises a heating chamber 15, a steam control part 20, a steam generation part 30, a steam heating part 40, an overheated steam supply part 50, and a steam circulation part 70. An automatic menu button 11a is provided on an operation panel 11 for selecting the menu in cooking foods to hold or change the rate of preset components which exert influences on human health to components the foods contain. The steam control part 20 controls the steam generation part 30, the steam heating part 40, the overheated steam supply part 50 and the steam circulation part 70 to control the change in the rate of the preset components which exert influences on human health to the components heated objects (the foods) 100 contain.
