PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate recycling by easily separating a thermal insulating plate 9 from an outer plate 7 and an inner plate 8 in taking apart in a storage of a refrigerating or cold insulated vehicle constructed of a thermal insulating composite panel 14 obtained by holding the thermal insulating plate 9 between the outer plate 7 and the inner plate 8 and integrating the same. SOLUTION: An outer backing material 10 and an inner backing material 11 respectively made of a synthetic resin are interposed between the outer plate 7 and the thermal insulating plate 9 and between the inner plate 8 and the thermal insulating plate 9, and an outer plate fitting small screw 12 connecting the outer plate 7 and the thermal insulating plate 9 is driven into the midway of thickness of the inner backing material 11 through the thermal insulating plate 9. An inner plate fitting small screw 13 connecting the inner plate 8 and the thermal insulating plate 9 is driven into the midway of thickness of the outer backing material 10 through the thermal insulating plate 9.
