PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium accommodating device and image forming device capable of guiding a medium easily and properly when the medium set is of special size and suppressing the cost of the image forming device. SOLUTION: The medium accommodating device has a guide member accommodating media in a plurality of sizes, abutting to the body 13a and the end of the media, and guiding them and a stationary member 30 installed in the specified position on the body 13a and restricting the moving range of the guide member. Because the stationary member 30 is installed in the specified position on the body 13a and restricting the moving range of the guide member, the guide member can be put in the proper position corresponding to the medium of any size.
