摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unexpected efficiency lowering in a husking work and fluctuation in husking rate, or an overload by predicting necessity of reducing action of a gap between husking rolls by detecting a status of a load current of a main motor driving the husking rolls. SOLUTION: The pair of the husking rolls husking unhulled rice are provided so that the gap between both rolls can be adjusted by an adjusting means for the gap between the rolls; a timer control means of the gap between the husking rolls for close outputting to reduce the gap between the husking rolls every lapse of work time set in advance is composed; and at least a load current detecting means is provided for detecting the load current of the main motor driving the husking rollers and detects rise of the load current by comparing the load current values before and after the close output of the gap between the husking rolls by the timer control means, to report anomaly of the control of the gap between the husking rolls, when the rise of the load current is below a prescribed value.
