PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby carriage capable of adjusting the air ventilation of a backrest part, and preventing the heat radiated from a road surface. SOLUTION: The baby carriage comprises a reclining-adjustable backrest part 2 having openings 3 for ventilation, a reflection member 4 and a holding means 5. The reflection member 4 is provided in a selectively position-changeable manner between a first position close to a back side of the backrest part 2 and a second position away from the back side of the backrest part 2, and an outer surface not facing the backrest part 2 forms a reflective surface. The holding means 5 holds the reflection member 4 in a position-changing manner. When the reflection member 4 is at the first position, the openings 3 for ventilation are closed.
