PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamer pump container with a function to prevent water from entering an air chamber and provide a liquid cleaning agent composition, with which clogging in a pump is not produced and the pump can be pushed easily when it is filled in the container and which has an excellent mildness to a skin. SOLUTION: In the container, the most inner diameter of the pump head of the container body A, the outer diameter of a skirt part B and the height of the skirt part C satisfy relations of C/((A-B)/2)≤2.8 and A-B≥15 mm and a distance between the inner wall of the skirt part and the periphery of a stem member located inside D satisfies D≥3 mm. The liquid cleaning agent filled in the container body contains 1 to 20 wt% of a surface active agent and preferably does not contain an antiseptic agent selected from benzoic acid and it's salt, para ben, sorbic acid, benzyl alcohol, ethanol, phenoxy ethanol, methy-iso-thiazolinon and methyl-chloro-iso-thiazolinon.
