<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help a user easily find a medium with an error page among mediums with normal pages and easily identify the position of the medium with the error page. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device has a receiving section to receive printing data, a data processing section to prepare image data on a page basis by using a memory on the basis of the printing data received, a printing section to print the image data prepared on a medium, and a medium discharge section to shift and discharge the medium on which the image data is printed.
