PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence device of high precision and high DC reliability. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence device has a configuration for making the ratio (W/L) of the width and length of a drive thin-film transistor (TD) greater by the source/drain electrodes of the driving thin-film transistor which are included in each sub-pixel and are composed in a form of combteeth comprising a number of vertical projections.
