摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide precipitation hardening martensitic steel having a high strength of a tensile strength of≥1,350 MPa and high toughness of a room temperature Charpy adsorbed energy of≥20 J, and satisfying excellent delayed crack resistance, to provide its production method, and to provide a turbine moving blade and a steam turbine obtained by using the same. SOLUTION: The precipitation hardening martensitic steel has a composition comprising, by weight, 12.25 to 14.25% Cr, 7.5 to 8.5% Ni, 1.0 to 2.5% Mo,≤0.05% C,≤0.2% Si,≤0.4% Mn,≤0.03% P,≤0.005% S,≤0.008% N and 0.90 to 2.25% Al, and the balance substantially Fe, wherein the total of Cr and Mo is 14.25 to 16.75%.
