PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety by assuring a liquid-tightness of a container and also to improve light transmittance of the container. SOLUTION: An outer surface 21a of a front cover 21, a joint surface 24a of a joint end section 24 of the front cover 21, and a joint surface 25a of a joint end section 25 of a body cover are subjected to plasma treatment by atmospheric pressure plasma treatment to form a plurality of microscopic irregularities on the outer surface 21a and the joint surfaces 24a and 25a. The joint surfaces 24a and 25a are engaged and attached by an adhesive after the hydrophilicity of the outer surface 21a and the joint surfaces 24a and 25a is enhanced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
