PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disk held between a drive shaft and a driven shaft from being tilted by gravity or the like when the disk is loaded/unloaded. SOLUTION: A disk recording and/or reproducing device loads the disk 171 onto a tray 2 in a disk holding part 3 or unloads from the tray 2 by holding the disk 171 between the drive shaft 30 and the driven shaft 31, and rotating these drive shaft 30 and the driven shaft 31. The drive shaft 30 and the driven shaft 31 are provided with a disk holding member 191 for preventing the disk held between the drive shaft 30 and the driven shaft 31 from being tilted by gravity when the disk 171 is loaded/unloaded.
