<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device that is inexpensive owing to the nonuse of a control microphone previously required, and reduces a noise occurring from actuators without decreasing a printing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The recording device has a sound pressure detection means to detect the noise in the recording device, an electroacoustic conversion means to generate a control sound to muffle a sound, a signal generation means to prepare a sound muffling signal to muffle the noise from a plurality of noise sources by driving a plurality of actuators, and adjusts the signal generation means based on the sound pressure detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
