PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein front field of view over a telescopic boom 3 is bad. SOLUTION: This mobile crane comprises a vehicle 1, a turntable 2 mounted on the vehicle 1 horizontally turnably, the telescopic boom 3 of which base end is derrickably mounted to the turntable 2, and an cabin 4 for both crane work and travel work mounted to the turntable 2 so that it is located on one side of the telescopic boom 3. When the mobile crane travels on a public road, the contracted telescopic boom 3 is derricked in front of the vehicle 1 so that its tip is lower than the eye point P of a driver seating in the cabin 4, and, in this state, the mobile crane takes a public road travel attitude where the turntable 2 is in-turnably fixed to a turn fixing means 5. The turn fixing position of the turn fixing means 5 is set so that the plan view relation of the axial core line 3c of the telescopic boom 3 to the side edge line 1a on the vehicle 1 side on the positioning side of the cabin 4 at the public road travel attitude is in a non-parallel state where the separation distance between both lines decreases on the tip side of the telescopic boom 3.
