PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam-column connection structure having high joint strength and easy working and a unit building suitable for snowy country or a large space formation. SOLUTION: In the connection structure consisting of a square steel pipe-like column 1 and a channel steel-like beam 3, a reinforcing material 4 is provided across the inside 11a of the column 1 on the beam 3 side at an angle section 11 of the inside of the column 1, at an opening section side 21 of the beam 3 and at a length (a) across a flange 33 at a position of a flange 33 of the beam 3 and the inside 11c of the other column 1 holding the angle section 11, the reinforcing material 4 is equipped with two plate sections 42 and 43 along two column insides 11a and 11c, and the beam-column connection structure is formed in an approximately L-shape in plan view along the angle section 11b of the inside of the column 1.
