PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide release paper or the like for adhesive labels excellent in punching processability, having high optical transparency and excellent in releasability and printability on the back surface. SOLUTION: The release paper for adhesive labels comprises at least a support including raw paper, an acrylic resin-containing layer containing at least one layer of the acrylic resin on both front and back surfaces, and a release layer at least on one surface of the acrylic resin. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the acrylic resin-containing layer is 20-110°C depending on species of the paper. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
