<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an RF tag easily detectable even in the dark. <P>SOLUTION: The RF tag has an information recording function and a function allowing the information to be read with a reader device without contact, and is attached to an article. The RF tag contains a light-emitting material that emits light upon stimulated by light.
