摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drop-off of a low friction material, when the low friction material is disposed to a sliding face of a base material for giving self-lubricating property to the sliding face. SOLUTION: Recess parts 21 are formed in the low friction material layer 20 so that a part of the base material 10 is exposed, and restraining layers 30 are formed on the surfaces of the recess parts. The recess part 21 is a tapered state so that its cross-section gets smaller toward the inside from the sliding face 2. Since the restraining layers 30 are formed to be brought into contact with the surfaces of the recess parts 21, the structure for geometrically restraining the low friction material layer 20 can be formed easily.
