摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set of PCR primer pair for mapping designed over the whole domain of Arabidopsis thalina and capable of identifying Arabidopsis thalina lines.

SOLUTION: The set of PCR primer pair for mapping is capable of identifying the respective lines of Arabidopsis thalina on the basis of the difference between PCR products based on polymorphism between the respective lines. This set has a specific base sequence listed on the Tables(1-32)( not illustrated ) designed over the whole domain of the genomic DNA of Arabidopsis thalina.
