PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confining method of asbestos materials which comprises laying a net on the surface of an asbestos material, applying a waterproof upper layer resin thereon to infiltrate the same into the net, and thereby confining the asbestos material established to enhance the waterproofness and the strength of the asbestos material. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following steps of a step A: a lower layer resin 1 is applied on the surface of the asbestos material R (Fig.1) (not shown), a step B: the net 2 is layed on the lower layer resin 1(Fig.2) (not shown), a step C: the upper layer resin 3 which is infiltrable into the net, is waterproof and is liquid is further applied on the laid net 2 (Fig. 3) and a step D: a weatherable surface layer resin 4 is applied on the surface of the net infiltrated by the upper layer 3 (Fig 4.)
