PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming device for a heat-sensitive image capable of double-face printing which has a simple structure, and can minimize the size. SOLUTION: This forming device for heat-sensitive image is equipped with an image forming section 50 and a position changing unit. The image forming section 50 has a recording head 51 which forms an image on a recording medium 10 having a first surface and a second surface which is the opposite surface from the first surface, and a supporting member 52 which supports the recording medium 10 while facing the recording head 51. The position changing unit rotates the recording head 51 on the shaft 52a of the supporting member 52, and moves the recording head 51 to first and second positions which respectively face the first surface and the second surface of the recording medium 10. Thus, the structure of the forming device for heat-sensitive image can be simplified, and at the same time, the size can be minimized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
