PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive agricultural/horticultural insecticide which exerts a high insecticidal effect on pests, for example Hemiptera insect pests and has no adverse effect on ecosystem. SOLUTION: This agricultural/horticultural insecticide contains a neonicotinoid-based insecticidal compound and a fatty acid glyceride obtained from an 8-10C fatty acid and glycerin. The concentrations of the neonicotinoid-based insecticidal compound and fatty acid glyceride are 0.3-200 ppm and 300-3,000 ppm, respectively.
