PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting and a mounting structure allowing inexpensive construction and accurate and easy construction without using a ruler angle when constituting a vertical wall by mounting the metal fitting screwed with an anchor fitting embedded in a vertical wall ALC panel, to a building skeleton. SOLUTION: A dead weight receiving ALC panel fitting and a fixing ALC panel fitting are adopted as an ALC panel fitting composed of a vertical part and a horizonal part orthogonal to the vertical part. In the dead weight receiving ALC panel fitting, stepped parts bent in a reverse direction to the ALC panel are provided on both sides of the vertical part, and the horizontal part is formed by bending the upper end of the vertical part in a direction of the ALC panel and constituted to receive the dead weight of the ALC panel by carrying the lower end of the upper stage ALC panel. In the fixing ALC panel fitting, projecting parts fittable to the stepped parts of the dead weight receiving ALC panel fitting are provided on both sides of the lower part of the vertical part, and the horizontal part is formed bent in a reverse direction to the ALC panel through a connection part projected in Z-shape from almost the center part of the vertical part.
