<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus measuring biotissue simultaneously with a microscopic observation and capable of measuring the blood flow with a laser rheometer simultaneously with the microscopic observation. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus measuring the biotissue simultaneously with the microscopic observation is provided with a microscope 20 observing a change in a state of the biotissue T via an objective lens 21 provided close to the biotissue T, and the laser rheometer 10 irradiating a laser beam from a laser beam source 11a of a semiconductor laser to the biotissue T, detecting a transmission light or a scattered light from the biotissue T, computing the detected transmission light or the scattered light after photoelectric conversion, and measuring the blood flow of the biotissue T. The laser rheometer 10 is characterized in having an irradiation means 11 radiating the laser beam to the biotissue T to be observed with the microscope and a photodetection means 12 detecting the transmission light or the scattered light from the biotissue T passing through the objective lens 21 of the microscope 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
