摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide readily eatable fermented soybean-containing confectionery making an eater feel no smell or no peculiarity while leaving taste originating from fermented soybean, and causing stringiness when eaten. <P>SOLUTION: The fermented soybean-containing confectionery 1 comprises a fermented soybean layer 3, a fresh cream layer 2 adjacent to the fermented soybean layer, and a sweet paste layer 4.
