<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide readily eatable fermented soybean-containing confectionery making an eater feel no smell or no peculiarity while leaving taste originating from fermented soybean, and causing stringiness when eaten. <P>SOLUTION: The fermented soybean-containing confectionery 1 comprises a fermented soybean layer 3, a fresh cream layer 2 adjacent to the fermented soybean layer, and a sweet paste layer 4. In such a structure, the fermented soybean is prevented from being too stringy when eaten because the fermented soybean is coated with fresh cream, and thereby the sweet paste makes an eater hard to feel the smell and peculiarity of the fermented soybean. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
