PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide generating equipment for minimizing a distance among pipelines and suppressing extension of the pipelines to reduce a construction cost and a maintenance cost, by moving a generating means along with development of the refuge landfill. SOLUTION: The generating means 12 utilizing gas generated in the refuge landfills 1, 5, 6 for power generation is a floating type on the ocean, so that the generating means 12 can be moved along the development of the refuge landfills 1, 5, 6. For moving the generating means 12 along with the refuge landfills 1, 5, 6, the generating means 12 is installed at a location adjacent to the refuge landfills 1, 5, 6 to minimize the distance among the pipelines 3, 3a.
