PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat having excellent operability and reduced in cost, regarding the seat having a seat sliding device constituted of a lower rail provided on a floor side, an upper rail engaged to the lower rail to move and provided with the seat constituted of a seat cushion and a seat back and a lock mechanism for inhibiting moving of the upper rail and a tip-up storing device having a lock mechanism to spring up the seat cushion of the seat up to a spring up position along the seat back and holding the spring-up state. SOLUTION: When an operation lever 73 is pulled up, a lock lever 21 of the seat sliding device is operated to release locking of the seat sliding device.
