<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low invasive method for arranging a delivery system substantially adjacently to a vascular tissue, and to provide the delivery system used in the method. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery system is formed into a flexible biological structure equipped with a soft tether means. The delivery system is, for example, inserted percutaneously into a space near the vascular tissue, such as a peritoneal tissue. When the delivery system is inserted thereinto, a tether pulls the delivery system toward the vascular tissue, so that the delivery system is fastened to the vascular tissue. A front surface of the delivery system is kept on being contacted with the vascular tissue in a state of being substantially pulled by the tether.
