<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outboard motor mounting device capable of easily mounting an outboard motor to a side part of a hull, and preventing the outboard motor from being broken even when an foreign matter collides with a lower end of the outboard motor. <P>SOLUTION: The outboard motor mounting device has a mounting member 31 attachably/detachably mounted on a broadside 4 of a hull 3. An outboard motor mounting unit 32 which is horizontally and turnably supported and mounted so as to change the position in the turning direction is provided on the mounting member 31.
