PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that (1) the pattern accuracy of a transfer is deteriorated and a dispersion is generated in the characteristics of an obtained ceramic electronic part, because there is the case when the transfer cannot be conducted completely by a method transferring a metallic thin-film on a ceramic sheet by using a conventional base body and a dimensional accuracy on the working of the base body is not caught up with the miniaturization of the laminated ceramic part, and (2) a productivity is deteriorated remarkably in the laminated ceramic electronic part requiring the formation of several layers of internal electrodes because the thin-films must be formed on the base body at every transfer. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for the ceramic electronic part, the ceramic electronic part having stable electrical characteristics and few dispersions is manufactured by improving a transferability on the ceramic sheet of the metallic thin-films from a base film, by patterning a resin layer and improving the joining properties of ceramics and the interfaces of the internal electrodes.
