LANDING CONTROL DEVICE OF ELEVATOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing control device for an elevator having an electromagnetic brake constructed at low cost with less landing error by presuming the temperature of a brake shoe of the electromagnetic brake without installing a temperature sensor.

SOLUTION: The control device of the elevator equipped with a motor 5 to drive a car 1 and the electromagnetic brake to give a braking force to the motor 5, whereby the brake shoe temperature of the electromagnetic brake is presumed from the measuring result of a slip amount measuring means 101 to measure the slip amount from the brake being applied till the car 1 having stopped and the measuring result of an elapsed time measuring means 102 to measure the elapsed time from the previous run of the car, and thereupon the landing control is conducted in accordance with the presumed temperature of the shoe.
