PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that two conventional methods of air degreasing and solvent degreasing have required each own apparatus, and an enormous initial cost and an additional vacuum degreasing furnace depending on a material, and to degrease/sinter a green compact in a same vacuum sintering furnace while removing a binder contained in the green compact after having been formed from the metallic powder with a powder molding method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for degreasing/sintering the green compact in the same vacuum sintering furnace provides five sorts of binders, heating temperature and heating order for them; and a vacuum furnace apparatus and a programming method.
