The invention relates to a moisture cross-linkable adhesive composition, which can be used as an adhesive and as sealants, and which is very easy to use while exhibiting excellent bonding capacities. The composition is obtained by mixing 100 parts by weight of an organic polymer (A) having moisture cross-linkable silane terminal functions with 1 to 70 parts by weight of an organic polymer (B) that can be mixed at ambient temperature with polymer (A), selected among polyesters, polyethers, polyurethanes, polyacrylates, polyethylene diimines, polycarbonates, polyureas or polyamides.
