PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk playback apparatus capable of noise generated by the squeaking sound of an optical disk even when the tray panel is bent. SOLUTION: The optical disk playback apparatus is provided with: a casing having an opening formed in a front panel part; a disk tray disposed to receive an optical disk and to freely slide between the position for being housed in the casing and a pulling-out position for being pulled out from the opening to the outside of the casing; and a tray panel for closing the opening, wherein the opening has a recess formed into a shape recessed inward the casing more than the front panel, and a gasket part having a projected part to project toward the outside of the casing in a form along the disk tray is disposed in the recess.
