The present invention relates to a perfusion system of small samples that manually or automatically controls the flow of liquids through reduced working spaces. The invention further refers to the development of a program useful for controlling the working cycles of eight valves under Windows OS. Said invention enables the liquids to be controlled at a long distance without requiring human interventions, as well as the handling of toxic substances without implying any risk for the personnel that is involved in the process.
