摘要

The method of manufacture of arc-welding electrode which contains iron core and coating of gas- and slag-forming materials and ferroalloys of titanium-silicon-magnesium. Ferroalloys are melted and refined together with the wastes of titanium by electroslag method and introduced into the composition of coating in the form of powder of complex ferroalloy.
