PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutting tool capable of easily and neatly cutting a thin sheet and provide a storage container capable of being used many times after using the thin sheet wound in a rolled state. SOLUTION: The sheet cutting tool is composed by folding a metal sheet having sawtooth cutting blades formed at the side edge in a chevron state, the only blade edge of single element blades at the chevron state lower end are abutted to the sheet at several places, and an external force is concentrated on the blade edges at several places. While inserting the tip of the sheet wound in the roll-state from the open end of a cylindrical storage container having a long hole in a side face longitudinal direction into the long hole, it is rotatably stored in the storage container, a pressing tool is movably provided in the vertical direction to the long axis of the storage container, a sheet support part is provided at the part of the storage container opposing to the pressing tool, and a non-slip part of the sheet is provided on at least one of either the sheet support part or the pressing tool.
