PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic pen input system capable of adding copyright information to locus data transmitted from an electronic pen to an external apparatus. SOLUTION: The electronic pen 100 provided with a locus detection means for detecting the moving locus of the electronic pen 100 and a locus data transmission means for transmitting the locus data detected by the locus detection means to the external apparatus is provided with a human body communication device for performing human body communication and a locus data transmission means for storing an ID for identifying a user which is received from the human body communication device and transmitting locus data to which the stored identification ID is added to the external apparatus.
