The invention relates to a friction bearing bolt (3) comprising a friction disk (6) which is rotationally connected thereto, for a tensioning device for a belt or chain drive comprising a tensioning arm (1), supporting a tensioning roller (2) on one end thereof, which is rotationally mounted on the other end thereof in a housing by means of the friction bearing bolt (3) and is supported on the housing in an elastic manner by means of a torsion spring (5). A friction lining is arranged between the friction surface of the friction disk (6) and an axial bearing surface of the tensioning arm and the friction disk (6) is connected in a positive fit to the friction bearing bolt (3) which is preferably embodied as a hollow shaft.
