PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the manufacturing time and the manufacturing cost of a crystal vibrator. SOLUTION: Improper continuity can be avoided by employing the same metallic material for a metallic material on the surface of exciting electrodes 5a, 5b of a crystal chip 3, a metallic material on the surface of leadout electrodes 6a, 6b, and a metallic material included in conductive adhesives 7a, 7b.
