PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for display having a structure in which a color filter resists being damaged even by a heat treatment under a reducing atmosphere during a manufacturing process of a display device. SOLUTION: The panel for display (anode panel AP) comprises a phosphor region 23 formed on a substrate 20, and an electrode (anode electrode 24) formed on the phosphor region 23. Electrons emitted from an electron beam source 15 and passing through the electrode collide with the phosphor region 23. The phosphor region 23 thereby emits light so that a desired image is obtained. Between the substrate 20 and the phosphor region 23, there are provided a color filter 30 and a color filter protection film 31, of which the former is closer to the substrate 20.
