PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a wax composition in a good yield at a low cost and in a short period of time, in which each component is uniformly dispersed. SOLUTION: The wax composition produced by the method of this invention comprises 50-95 wt.% wax and 5-50 wt.% polymer substance. The production method is comprised of a master-batch preparation step for preparing in advance a master-batch containing 5-45 wt.% wax and 55-95 wt.% polymer substance, and an actual kneading step for further adding wax to the master-batch and kneading the mixture.
