<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the wastage of recording paper by printing the contents of management/registration information on one side or both sides of a sheet of recording paper as much as possible, in an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The following control is performed in the image forming apparatus provided with a registration/management memory 30 for storing the management/registration information and a printer 15 for printing management/registration information stored in the memory 30 on sheets of recording paper. The control consists of counting of the information quantity of the management/registration information to be printed out of the management/registration information stored in the memory 30, and setting a printing mode of the printer 15 on the basis of the counted information quantity of the management/registration information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
