<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor for photoelectric conversion material having a high photoelectric transfer efficiency and superior in durability, and to provide a photoelectric transducer and a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: This is the semiconductor for photoelectric conversion material in which a compound expressed by a general formula (1) is adsorbed on the surface of a semiconductor. In the formula, Ar<SB>1</SB>and Ar<SB>2</SB>express each independently 5-6 member aromatic carbon ring group of monovalence or heterocyclic group, or bivalent group, X expresses oxygen atom, A(O)1 or >N-R, R expresses aliphatic group, aryl group, heterocyclic group, R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>express each hydrogen atom or substituting group, and L<SB>1</SB>and L<SB>2</SB>express respectively methine group of 1-4 which may be substituted or a mere bonding link. l expresses an integer of 0-2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
