<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a transmission system by which torque of an output-shaft of a clutch can be accurately controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The control device of a transmission system includes a clutch placed between an input shaft and the output shaft, a motor, and a torque-thrust transducing mechanism for transducing the torque generated in the motor into thrust force to lock the clutch.
