<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of a solar cell module in which solar cells can be connected efficiently with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The production process of a solar cell module comprises a step for positioning a plurality of solar cells and an interconnect required for connecting these solar cells on the upstream side of a positioning belt using a production apparatus comprising a positioning belt and a heating belt arranged contiguously to deliver a solar cell, and a retaining belt facing the positioning belt and the heating belt to straddle them and managing the heating belt and the retaining belt at a predetermined temperature, carrying the solar cell and the interconnect to the downstream side of the positioning belt where they are passed onto the heating belt while being held by the positioning belt and the retaining belt, and then soldering the solar cell and the interconnect passed onto the heating belt while holding between the heating belt and the retaining belt and carrying. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
