<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seawater desalination system capable of effectively securing yield of freshwater by adding desalination equipment to a heat radiation means for discharging introduced seawater after radiating heat, and capable of reducing environmental load to the sea due to the discharged seawater. <P>SOLUTION: This system adds a spray flash type seawater desalination system 1 to an introduction and discharge part of seawater in a predetermined heat radiation means 50, utilizes the temperature difference of seawater generated during the use of the heat radiation means 50 to increase the temperature of seawater introduced to a flash evaporator 10, thereby obtaining a state of easily causing evaporation in the flash evaporator 10. Accordingly, the system can effectively perform seawater desalination, and saves energy consumption relating to evaporation/condensation other than pump power, thereby providing freshwater at low cost, and lowers temperature of seawater discharged to the sea by heat recovery accompanied by the seawater desalination, thereby suppressing an adverse effect on the environment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
