PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet conveyance device capable of being simplified, and securing the degree of freedom for a layout. SOLUTION: The pallet conveyance device 1 includes a pallet 30 with leg parts 32 forming a space 35 between the lower face 31a of a load carrying platform part 31 and a floor 2 , and holding the load carrying platform part 31 above the floor 2, and a pallet conveying vehicle 10 with a pallet lifting/lowering means 20 allowing a conveying carriage 11 to lift/lower the pallet 30 from/on the floor 2. The pallet lifting/lowering means 20 includes a pair of rotary shafts 22 arranged in parallel above the conveyance carriage 11 and supported freely rotatably, a pair of stays 23 connected to each of the rotary shafts 22 at their base ends respectively, a driving means 25 bridged between the front ends of each stay 23, and interlockingly rotating the rotary shafts 22 by expansion/contraction operation, and eccentric cams 24 provided in the rotary shafts 22 respectively, that undulate and oscillate in synchronization with the rotation of the rotary shafts.
