PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference of a propeller shaft with a downstream side exhaust pipe by securing a clearance between the propeller shaft and the downstream side exhaust pipe even when the propeller shaft moves in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: In a structure of an exhaust system of an engine, the engine and a transmission are longitudinally arranged between one frame and the other frame of a pair of right and left frames of the vehicle, and a front differential apparatus is arranged on the side of one side-surface of the engine, and both of a propeller shaft and an exhaust system member elongating rearward are arranged between the engine and the one frame described above. The exhaust system member has an exhaust catalyzer arranged inside the one frame described above along one side-surface of the engine such that the axis of the exhaust system member is directed to the vertical direction of the engine, and a downstream side exhaust pipe connected to the exhaust catalyzer. The downstream side exhaust pipe is elongated outward such that the axial downstream side is directed toward the one frame described above in the front view, and then the lower portion of the propeller shaft is elongated in the width direction of the vehicle by bending the downstream side exhaust pipe inward.
